Liberal Cancellation Policy
While you may register for a course at the classroom, with AEI’s liberal cancellation policy there’s really no reason not to register well in advance. This is especially true since many accountants feel early registration better establishes the business purpose of your trip. You may cancel any time prior to attendance and receive a full tuition refund less a $50 administrative fee. Or, if you like, you may use your entire tuition amount as a credit against a future registration.
A Silver Membership may be cancelled for a refund less a $50 administrative fee, provided no membership benefits have been claimed.
Once you have accessed any On-Demand educational content, the membership becomes non-refundable. If you have claimed any membership benefits (including travel vouchers, subscriptions, or other member-exclusive benefits), any refund will be reduced by the value of the benefits claimed.
A Gold Membership consists of a Silver Membership plus one Destination-Based Course.
The Destination-Based Course portion of the membership remains fully refundable during the membership year, provided the course has not been attended. Members may elect to downgrade from Gold to Silver Membership and receive a refund equal to the difference in price between the two membership levels.
The Silver Membership portion is subject to the same cancellation terms as outlined above. Once any On-Demand educational content has been accessed, the membership portion becomes non-refundable. If membership benefits have been claimed, any refund will be reduced by the value of the benefits claimed.
